  1. Hello RacheI I have been given your details about the possibilities of finding dance again? I had to give up my dancing career due to injury and now some 40years later find myself longing to dance again. I have arthritis and have ME but my top half moves well and I just love moving to music. Over the years I have done a variety of things including running a theatre company for disabled/abled young people as my daughter is disabled and teach creative dance in main stream schools. But I just want to dance for me with others and feel that joy of movement again, even if it is a bit limited.
