We (Shropshire Inclusive Dance) comply with the General Data Protection Regulation2016 (Regulation2016/679) as amended, and any electronic communications will be made in accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.
We collect and process the personal data that youmay volunteer as part of your relationship with Shropshire Inclusive Dance as a customer, service user, associate, employee or trustee, or in the course of attending events, completing equality monitoring forms, taking part in events or completing visitor or audience surveys.
Personal information we retain or process may include:

How long will we keep your information for?

- If you apply for a job or a commission with Shropshire Inclusive Dance and are unsuccessful we will keep your information on file for a period of not more than 12 months unless you specifically ask us not to

Direct marketing
If you attend our events as a performer, team member or supporter we will ask you to complete our ‘keeping a record of your contact details’ form. This will allow you to decide whether you wish to be informed of news, events, activities and performances being organised by Shropshire Inclusive dance.
If you agree(‘opt-in’), Shropshire Inclusive Dance may contact you by e-mail or post with information or offers regarding their goods and services such as discounts, exclusive offers or special event information. You will be added to the Shropshire Inclusive Dance database. You are allowed to opt out at any time by emailing us at officesidance@gmail.com
Information sharing and/or transfer
Shropshire Inclusive Dance will not share your data with any third parties without your consent, except under the following circumstances:
- If we use a third party supplier to carry out specific business operations (e.g. a courier service), but only if we have in place a written agreement protecting your information
